The Foundation was founded by a dedicated visionary and public servant Marie Woodson to uplift and empower those who need it most. Youth Mentorship & Apprenticeship

This program will aim to provide resources to the community through aiding and enhancing youth and teen programs. Its comprehensive approach in addressing issues of employment, recreational programs, and academic counseling will reduce unemployment and youth homelessness.

Economic Development

This program is geared to assist the small business owners and entrepreneurs in the community. The goal is to provide access to small grants or loans in order for them to stabilize and build wealth in disenfranchised communities.

Senior Care

This program is dedicated to expanding and enhancing community resources for one of our most vulnerable populations—seniors. It will serve as a centralized hub of information and support, designed to help seniors access vital services and navigate resources in areas such as business, social services, financial management, and beyond.

Scholarships & Collegiate Prep

The Scholarships & Collegiate Prep Program is dedicated to empowering students on their journey to higher education by providing essential resources, mentorship, and guidance. This program offers invaluable support for students aiming to excel academically, secure scholarships, and successfully navigate the college admissions process. Through workshops and coaching, we equip young scholars with the tools they need to make informed decisions, maximize their potential, and access financial assistance to achieve their educational dreams.

Community Resources & Outreach

This program is focused on building a comprehensive resource center to empower the community by connecting them with a centralized hub of essential services and programs available in the area. By consolidating information and resources, the center will make it easier for community members to navigate opportunities in areas such as education, healthcare, housing, and employment. It will serve as a one-stop destination, offering guidance, support, and referrals, so individuals and families can more easily identify and access the services they need to thrive.

Financial Literacy

Partner with local banks and financial institutions to empower individuals with essential financial skills for budgeting, saving, and planning to improve personal and family economic stability.
